About The Position

At DeanHouston+, we partner with B2B companies to solve complex business challenges through integrated marketing. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll develop relationships, lead marketing strategy, guide marketing initiatives, and uncover new opportunities to drive client success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of account management experience within a marketing agency.
  • Experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships rooted in trust and measurable results.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and goals.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions and business reviews.

  • Lead integrated marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Continuously evaluate performance and recommend optimizations that improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with our talented creative, digital, strategy, and technical teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
