Tayloe/Gray is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their growing team in Wilmington, NC. This role is not a traditional account management position. Senior Account Managers serve as strategic advisors, project managers, and client relationship leaders, responsible for helping clients achieve their business goals while ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to completion. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, leading projects, and driving results. They should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple clients and priorities without losing sight of the details. The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients while overseeing the successful execution of marketing, branding, website, and digital initiatives. This role requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence. You will lead client conversations, develop scopes of work, coordinate internal teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The right candidate understands how to balance client relationships with project execution and is comfortable leading discussions with business owners, marketing directors, and executive leadership teams.
