The Senior Account Manager will join the commercial team to retain and grow the existing client base. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and internal partners, understanding client business needs, and facilitating contract renewals and upsell opportunities. As part of a new team, the Senior Account Manager will work closely with the Director of Account Management to manage the renewal pipeline, forecast accurately, mitigate risks, and ensure overall territory success. This position will help set the standards for the new team and directly contribute to business retention and growth. The role involves managing a portfolio of midmarket and enterprise accounts, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The Senior Account Manager will act as a strategic partner to Fortune 500 brands, contributing to significant business outcomes and serving as an ambassador for Morning Consult's values and mission.
