Vastian is a private equity-backed, fast-growing SaaS business based in Lawrenceville, GA, outside Atlanta. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our Provider Quality Management Software. This role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their Quality management needs, and presenting our software solutions to enhance clinical outcomes, patient safety and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare technology, software, or a related field, specifically selling to key hospital C-Suite executives.
  • Strong understanding of hospital Quality management processes and regulatory requirements and ideally having sold solutions related to these areas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in standing up and delivering on a sales approach and performance selling a solution into a new market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven success selling to U.S. based hospitals and health systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Historical over performance vs. sales targets and other stated goals specifically with experience doing so with a new market solution.
  • Experienced in building own funnel through a myriad of outbound strategies such as e-mail campaigns, cold calling, prospect visits, and other effective prospecting techniques to drive funnel

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives, Quality & Safety teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points related to Quality management.
  • Present software solutions through live demonstrations, webinars, and in-person meetings to showcase features and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about industry (national healthcare Quality and safety) trends, hospital regulatory requirements, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system (Salesforce).
