Goody is looking for a driven SaaS Account Executive to help fuel new business growth across our Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. In this role, you'll lead outbound prospecting within defined segments, build pipeline, and close new logos, while supporting conversion of inbound interest. You’ll be on the front lines introducing prospective customers to Goody, clearly articulating our value, and driving a strong start by aligning on use cases and guiding customers through initial onboarding. You’ll ensure a seamless transition to our Customer Success team for activation, HRIS/CRM integration, and long-term adoption. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is motivated by clear goals, and is excited to help build and scale a repeatable go-to-market motion in a high-velocity sales org. As the first hire fully focused on this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape how we sell by testing new ideas, refining processes, and helping build the playbook as we grow. We're a fully remote team, so strong communication, thoughtful time management, and the ability to build trust and camaraderie in a virtual environment are essential. You'll report to the Sales Manager and collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver an exceptional experience for every new prospect. This role is open to candidates authorized to work in the U.S.
