About The Position

As a Sr Sales Rep, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of globally recognizable brands. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You will be acting as the territory leader and working with a cross-functional team, shaping the strategy for partners, professional services, and training/certification. You will develop and execute against a territory strategy and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.

  • 7+ years selling software solutions to line of business as well as IT.
  • Possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects.

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts.
  • Teaming with all aspects of the customer’s organization, including C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales.
  • Building relationships across an account using creative systems thinking, visioning, and executing via collaboration with an extended team to address all Financial Services customer's needs.
  • Selling at the most strategic (C-level) within the account and implementing a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
  • Working collaboratively with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests, and advocating for the customer in harmony with AWS business needs.
  • Developing and executing against a territory strategy.
  • Consistently delivering on quarterly revenue targets.
  • New service adoption and new line of business development.
  • Dotted line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration.
