About The Position

As one of the top 5 Amazon sellers in the US, Luminize runs the full growth layer for 80 to 100 consumer brands. As a Senior Account Manager you own a book of enterprise brands as their day-to-day strategic partner - forecast, PPC direction, catalog health, promotional calendar - with our advertising, content and supply chain specialists executing alongside you. This is an individual-contributor role. You own a book of brands, not a team of people.

Requirements

Agency, accelerator or aggregator experience managing external client brands.
Managed 3 or more external client brands simultaneously.
Hands-on Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central within the last 6 months.
Comfortable in a forecast and a P&L; you build the sheet rather than receive it.
Client-facing confidence: you can present a plan, take the pushback, and hold the number.
Able to work onsite in San Diego 5 days a week.

Nice To Haves

Vendor Central alongside Seller Central experience.
CPG, health, wellness or beauty category experience.
Advertising fluency deep enough to challenge a strategist's plan.
Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent in experience.

Responsibilities

Own the forecast for every brand in your book, and the conversation when it moves.
Develop the growth plan: where the account should be spending, listing, promoting, and why.
Provide advertising direction, set with strategists who run the campaigns.
Manage the client relationship - you are the primary point of contact.
Ensure catalog health, promotional calendars and the operational detail that decides whether the plan survives contact with Q4.
