About The Position

High Scale is a data-obsessed agency that revolutionizes video advertising on TV and social media, working with leading lifestyle, fashion, beauty, wellness, and DTC brands to accelerate growth through performance-driven creative and marketing. They are looking for an Amazon Account Manager who understands the Amazon ecosystem, knows how to turn data into action, and takes ownership of driving measurable marketplace performance. This role is crucial as Amazon is a significant driver of revenue, customer acquisition, and long-term growth for many brands. The Amazon Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Amazon accounts, overseeing marketplace performance, listings, advertising, promotions, inventory coordination, reporting, and account health, while continuously identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will be proactive in seeking improvements in conversion, organic ranking, campaign efficiency, margin, and testing new strategies.

  • Proven experience growing Amazon revenue and improving marketplace performance.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously is strongly preferred.
  • You understand how organic performance and paid advertising work together.
  • You’re comfortable building, analyzing, and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns and can explain exactly why you’re increasing spend, reducing bids, changing targeting, or restructuring a campaign.
  • You’re comfortable working with large amounts of marketplace data and turning it into decisions.
  • You understand metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, sessions, Buy Box percentage, organic ranking, and contribution margin.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills are required.
  • You understand that growing revenue alone isn’t enough.
  • You think about profitability, advertising efficiency, inventory, pricing, conversion, and customer behavior together when making decisions.
  • You can manage multiple products, campaigns, deadlines, and priorities without losing attention to detail.
  • You document your work, communicate clearly, and keep stakeholders informed without needing to be chased for updates.
  • You don’t wait for someone to tell you an account is underperforming.
  • You notice the change, investigate the cause, develop a solution, and move quickly.
  • You enjoy testing new strategies, solving marketplace problems, and finding opportunities others might overlook.
  • When Amazon changes something, your first instinct is to understand it and figure out how to use it to our advantage.
