About The Position

The Sales Manager, Amazon is responsible for executing Delta Faucet Company’s commercial strategy, managing day-to-day sales performance, and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual business objectives. This role also provides strategic input and business intelligence to help inform ongoing strategy development and prioritization of challenges and opportunities within the business. The Sales Manager translates business objectives into actionable plans that are implemented with the support of an internal cross-functional team and through strong relationships with key Amazon contacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
  • 5–8 years of relevant e-commerce, sales, or account management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Travel required approximately 5–10%.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Amazon commercial strategy for the Showering and Hardware categories.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial objectives.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to identify risks and opportunities. Implement countermeasures, as needed, to maximize point-of-sale performance.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators including revenue, forecast accuracy, in-stock rates, profitability, and customer experience metrics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key Amazon contacts to drive best-in-class performance across all key areas of the business listed below.
  • Manage inventory health to support optimal availability and sales performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally to address inventory gaps and constraints, escalating as appropriate.
  • Manage execution of the direct fulfillment (dropship) business, including product availability recommendations.
  • Maintain compliance with Amazon direct fulfillment requirements and performance standards.
  • Execute new product launches to ensure on-time setup and launch readiness.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts to support launch success.
  • Execute promotional plans aligned with broader commercial strategy.
  • Analyze promotional performance and provide insights to optimize future activity.
  • Track and manage quality investigations and customer concerns through Amazon’s Andon cord process.
  • Coordinate cross-functional root cause analysis and corrective actions where needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Amazon CSM, Vendor Manager Amazon Business partner, and others. Identify and manage key priorities through ongoing touch points.
  • Own the development and communication of business performance reports and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels.
