CompStak is expanding its Enterprise New Business team and is seeking experienced sales professionals who can both lead and oversee continued strong growth. CompStak’s data and analytics are vital, and the new business team is responsible for forging strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business and challenges, and delivering responsive solutions that optimize value for both parties. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in data and technology sales, an understanding of commercial real estate, and a passion for working in a highly collaborative environment. We seek professionals who can communicate an inspired vision, win over colleagues and customers with strong negotiation skills, and engage at the highest organizational levels. The role requires a curious, confident leader who probes underlying issues to suggest broader solutions, acts as a strong client advocate and partner, and is known for resilience and strategic operating skills. The individual will be responsible for building their own book of business and selling CRE Data Platform services while collaborating on a strong business plan.
