About The Position

CompStak is expanding its Enterprise New Business team and seeking experienced sales professionals to lead and oversee continued strong growth. The role involves forging strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business challenges, and delivering responsive solutions that optimize value. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in data and technology sales, an understanding of commercial real estate, and a passion for a collaborative environment. They should be able to communicate an inspired vision, possess strong negotiation skills, and be comfortable engaging at high organizational levels. The role requires a curious, confident leader who probes underlying issues for broader solutions, acts as a client advocate, and demonstrates resilience and strategic operating skills. The ability to build a book of business and sell CRE Data Platform services while collaborating on a business plan is essential.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in direct SaaS sales
  • Experience managing a new business quota of $1M+
  • Sold into Commercial Real Estate C-level Executive and/or Decision Makers
  • Travel percentage: As required

Nice To Haves

  • PropTech sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Industry experience in SaaS, or PropTech a huge plus

Responsibilities

  • Adding customer equity by creating valued business partnerships with customers, proactively identifying business opportunities for the customer, and conveying a firm understanding of the customer's business and political drivers
  • Understanding and utilizing economic, financial, industry, and organizational data to accurately diagnose customers' business strengths, weaknesses, and key issues that can inform sales strategies and plans
  • Understanding how CRE Data is being adopted by the prospect and where they translate into business efficiencies or top-line revenue
  • Ability to forecast revenue in identified territories with predictable accuracy
  • Building a book of business to expand with green field opportunity and targeting strategic-named accounts to source new business growth
  • Ability to work in a flexible work environment
