About The Position

With products like an AI receptionist, clinical transcription, intake forms, patient engagement, and referral letters, Marea brings key practice workflows into one connected platform that integrates with the systems dental teams already use. Already trusted by 600+ practices across North America, Marea sells into single-location practices, multi-location groups, and DSOs, often in partnership with PMS and dental ecosystem players. This is an early-stage, high-velocity environment with strong backing, real market traction, and a clear mandate to scale. We focus on specialized industries where expertise creates lasting advantages. We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to closed deal. This is a strong fit for someone who understands how dental practices operate, knows how to create demand through outbound sales, and is comfortable selling directly to practice owners, office managers, DSOs, and specialty clinics. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a growing sales team, sell into a market where Marea already has strong traction, and help shape how we continue scaling across North America.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of direct sales experience, ideally in a full-cycle B2B sales role.
  • Experience selling into the dental industry, including dental practices, DSOs, dental software, dental devices, or related services.
  • Strong outbound sales experience, with a proven ability to create demand and build pipeline.
  • A proactive, self-driven sales approach, with the ability to create demand, build pipeline through outbound prospecting, and confidently reach decision-makers.
  • Strong discovery and demo skills, with the ability to sell business value, not just product features.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with dental practice owners and business decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of how dental offices operate, especially the business side of the practice.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with practice management systems such as Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Run clear, tailored product demos based on each practice’s workflow and pain points.
  • Navigate conversations with practice owners, office managers, DSOs, and specialty clinics.
  • Build your own pipeline through cold outbound, prospecting, and demand creation.
  • Partner closely with BDRs to maximize qualified meetings and improve targeting.
  • Get past gatekeepers and create opportunities with decision-makers who may not already be actively evaluating solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and clean CRM activity.
  • Share customer, market, and competitive insights with the product and marketing teams.
