About The Position

Join Onyx Security and help build the control plane for autonomous AI in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. Onyx is building the control layer that enables enterprises to safely adopt and scale AI agents across the organization, with the visibility, governance, and operational control needed to understand what agents exist, what they do, how they behave, and what risks they introduce. About the role Onyx is looking for an Account Executive to help drive growth with enterprise customers. You will own the full sales cycle, build trusted relationships with customers, and help organizations adopt Onyx’s AI security platform to solve high-priority business and security challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Experience in cloud, SaaS, or security markets.
  • Strong track record of quota attainment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or consultative sales methodologies.
  • Existing network in cloud security or enterprise technology.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Run discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, and close processes.
  • Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing, presales, and customer success on account strategy.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
