About The Position

QAD is seeking a high-impact Senior Account Executive based in the Midwest, Central, or Eastern U.S., located near a major airport. This role is for a PE-backed, enterprise SaaS company specializing in ERP, supply chain, and AI solutions for manufacturers. The company has significant investment and a clear mandate for expansion. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment and is ready to make a measurable mark. The role is dedicated to driving expansion within the existing customer base and partnering with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and value. QAD | Redzone has over 30 years of manufacturing domain expertise and offers Champion AI, an embedded, agentic artificial intelligence solution designed for the manufacturing floor and back office, providing predictive insights, intelligent automation, and real-time decision support.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience selling SaaS complex solutions, with a proven track record of over quota achievement.
  • Extensive experience in a customer account executive or expansion role; ability to navigate existing corporate structures, build executive and business relationships, and expand account value.
  • A strong understanding of how to sell AI capabilities, position the value of agentic AI, and build business cases around predictive insights and intelligent automation.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools within your own sales workflows and day-to-day processes to maximize efficiency.
  • A proven ability to generate your own pipeline leveraging relationships, partners, outreach across various channels and leveraging modern tools & AI to increase results.
  • Ability to sell a highly technical, forward-looking solution based on measurable business outcomes and ROI, rather than product features.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to meet with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from upsell identification to closure for QAD’s Champion AI agents, upgrading to our Adaptive ERP platform on AWS and cross-selling our entire suite of products within our existing active customer base.
  • Target and pursue expansion opportunities within existing active customers to maximize the adoption of our AI solutions.
  • Drive deep client engagement within existing accounts, leading meetings to uncover operational pain points and establishing the business case for agentic AI.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) through a regular cadence of touchpoints (e.g., joint account planning) to ensure alignment and identify expansion triggers.
  • Own commercial engagement for high-value cross-sell opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Maintain and foster deep relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders across your assigned customer portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and deal hygiene in the CRM.
  • Capture expansion success stories to help shape marketing and enablement materials.
