About The Position

Drives net new business and account expansion by building, managing, and closing a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets. Partners with sales leadership to develop deep expertise in the SBT space, delivering value-driven engagements with prospects and customers. Maintains accurate pipeline management and forecasting through disciplined CRM usage, ensuring effective funnel progression and a targeted ~30% close rate. Utilizes a hunter mindset, strong communication, and full-cycle sales skills to generate leads, overcome objections, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
  • Exposure to full sales cycle management (from prospecting to closing)
  • Managing leads, qualifying prospects, and working through the sales cycle
  • Learning to handle objections and overcome challenges
  • Exposure to creating presentations and product demos
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Basic negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Resilience in closing sales

Responsibilities

  • Building, moving and closing pipeline to achieve quarterly objectives.
  • Driving SBT sales net new business and expansion in key account sets.
  • Building deep expertise in the SBT space to drive value with prospects and customers and create meaningful pipeline.
  • Managing a down funnel pipeline movement with great salesforce hygiene to maintain a ~30% close rate to achieve quarterly objectives.
  • Consistently meeting sales quotas.
  • Achieving a 20-30% win rate.
  • Achieving high conversion from leads to closed-won.
  • Reliable tracking and forecasting of opportunities.
