As a Senior Account Executive within the Talent & Entertainment Partnerships Group, you will bring cultural insights, strong industry relationships, and strategic thinking to help lead the partnerships strategy and execution on brands across the agency - from CPG to Beauty to food & beverage, and beyond. You’ll be responsible for both strategic counsel and execution of talent and entertainment programming. Your role will be to help put our clients at the forefront of the cultural zeitgeist, driving relevance and talkability via impactful partnerships across entertainment, celebrity, music, and sports. You are working closely with account teams and clients to recommend and negotiate entertainment partnerships that are authentic, drive toward client goals, and uniquely tap into cultural conversations. You’re interested and excited by the entertainment industry, following trends and nurturing strong industry relationships to allow for seamless execution of partnership negotiations. You’re committed to going above and beyond to understand client business, and capable of managing up and down as you will support a growing team including leadership and junior staff.
