About The Position

The Senior Account Executive is tasked with leading efforts to manage and grow key client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and sales execution to achieve significant revenue targets. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and the ability to articulate their value to clients. As a leader, you will develop and implement client-focused strategies, enhance engagement, and serve as a key advisor for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Restaurant operations, sales, or management experience and/or training/certification
  • 5 years + of sales or operational experience with complex SaS and hardware solutions and professional services or prior experience in the POS industry
  • In-depth experience and understanding of the Restaurant market and related competition
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with C level individuals within the customer base
  • Sales and/or Marketing experience with emphasis on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business
