About The Position

This role is for a (Senior) Account Executive focused on Partner Management & New Business, to be filled as soon as possible. The position is based at the company's headquarters in Essen or can be worked from anywhere. The role involves managing and developing existing sales partners (resellers, lead, implementation, and technology partners) to help them successfully position the GFOS.Workforce Management solution and unlock new business potential. The Account Executive will be the central point of contact for partners in the sales process, developing concrete sales approaches together and ensuring that market potential translates into real opportunities. They will take over opportunities generated by lead partners, independently manage the further sales process and internal allocation, and lead deals from qualification and needs assessment to successful contract closure. The role requires monitoring the entire partner sales funnel, continuously developing the joint pipeline, identifying potential for additional business, and conducting regular pipeline reviews with partners. Additionally, the Account Executive will strategically develop existing partnerships, identify new cooperation and go-to-market potentials, and drive new sales impulses into the market with partners. Complementary to partner business, the role also involves building new business independently: identifying relevant target customers, generating new leads and opportunities, and managing them independently through to closing. The position requires coordinating relevant internal stakeholders in the sales process and working closely with Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Management. Market and industry developments will be monitored to identify new potentials and translate them into concrete sales activities for partner and new customer business.
