About The Position

No Isolation is a fast-growing, profitable, 65-person Scandinavian EdTech scale-up operating across Europe, dedicated to helping educators bring learning and belonging to every child. Their AV1 robot, deployed in 19 countries with over 5,000 units, supports schools in improving attendance, belonging, and continuity of learning for children who cannot be physically present. The company is established with strong financial foundations and offers employees the opportunity to make a visible impact on its growth. This role is for an Inside Sales Executive to drive commercial momentum and secure new business in Germany, where the AV1 solution is already well-established with over 1,500 units deployed and minimal churn. The company is looking for a sales professional to expand its customer base among schools, municipalities, and education authorities.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in B2B sales, including solution and consultative selling strategies.
  • Experience identifying new opportunities through research, networking, and account targeting, and creating targeted outreach and messaging.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex value propositions in a clear and compelling way.
  • Strong ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders, build communities, and foster customer advocacy.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities, and experience tracking relevant metrics and KPIs for sales activity.
  • A sales and business development mindset: a true "hunter." Take initiative, hit the ground running, and thrive in a tech-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact through technology.
  • Native-level German with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and professional English.

Nice To Haves

  • Education sector experience (a strong advantage): Understanding of, or experience from within, the education sector - particularly the challenges faced by schools and local authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume, multi-touch outbound sequences, primarily cold calls, targeted emails and LinkedIn messages, to connect with decision-makers in schools.
  • Maintain an active, professional LinkedIn presence to prospect, build credibility, and share relevant company insights with the education sector.
  • Proactively seek out referrals and introductions to potential new customers.
  • Promptly engage and qualify incoming leads, including referrals and MQLs generated through sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Run structured discovery calls to filter out poor-fit opportunities early and uncover the prospect's real problems, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Own the entire sales cycle for both outbound and inbound opportunities, converting qualified opportunities into won business through a structured closing process, maximizing initial deal value, win rates, and long-term customer value while ensuring a strong mutual fit.
  • Consistently hit weekly activity targets (calls, conversations, meetings booked) and monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
  • Enter and track deals in HubSpot, report accurate sales forecast data, and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve sales processes, identifying and implementing best practices that strengthen overall sales performance.

Benefits

  • Attractive OTE model: Base salary, performance bonus, and commission.
  • Sell with national credibility: strong references, delivery know-how, and clear demand signals.
  • Meaningful opportunities to learn (enablement, coaching, industry events) and shape best practice as we expand in Germany.
  • Dedicated partnership with Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product, plus collateral, case studies, and training to win and scale.
  • A Scandinavian purpose-led culture: An environment that sets high standards and gives you the space to do your best work.
  • Structured onboarding with a buddy program and a genuinely collaborative culture across departments.
  • Flexible working around core hours (10:00-15:00).
  • 27 days vacation + public holidays.
  • Mobile phone and Internet subscription reimbursement.
  • Public transport ticket.
  • JobAuto car leasing through salary sacrifice.
  • Annual company get-together.
