About The Position

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our San Francisco-based team and take full ownership of new business development within the B2B space. You will prospect, engage, and close vendor partnership deals with US-based businesses while using AI tools to punch above your weight. This is not a role for someone who needs a warm pipeline handed to them — it's built for a senior hunter who creates their own opportunities and closes them.

Requirements

  • Solid background in outbound B2B sales at a senior level with a proven ability to close from a cold start.
  • Experience selling into US-based businesses with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Comfortable and confident using AI tools as a core part of daily sales activity.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for a US client-facing environment.
  • Independent and driven — able to manage a full pipeline without micromanagement.
  • Strong CRM habits and a disciplined approach to follow-up and pipeline management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in vendor partnerships, B2B services, or similar solution sales environments.
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered sales tools including Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, or equivalents.
  • Experience with account-based selling or multi-touch outreach strategies.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and sequencing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a self-sourced outbound pipeline through targeted cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Run a structured full-cycle sales process from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Sell B2B vendor partnership solutions and related services to business owners and decision-makers across the US.
  • Deploy AI tools throughout the sales process to increase personalization, speed, and overall output.
  • Maintain a clean and current CRM with accurate deal stages, activity history, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Develop and continuously optimize outreach messaging, email sequences, and call scripts.
  • Hit monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline generation and closed revenue.
  • Bring a consultative approach to every conversation, understanding prospect needs before pitching solutions.
