About The Position

Target’s Global UX team includes design, content, research, and accessibility practitioners focused on improving digital experiences for guests, team members, and partners. The role applies Target’s internal accessibility procedures, based on WCAG 2.2, throughout discovery, design, engineering, testing, and regression. It uses assistive technologies to identify accessibility gaps before experiences go live, sometimes in collaboration with other accessibility team members.
