About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to help grow and successfully deliver the integrated circuit solutions business. This role leads programs from customer requirements through development and delivery, aligning technical objectives, schedules, resources, and customer expectations. The Program Manager works closely with engineering, business development, and customers to coordinate complex technical programs, resolve challenges, communicate status, and support successful execution. The position is suited to a technically minded program leader with an understanding of complex electronics and custom IC, PCB, FPGA, or ASIC design. Experience supporting Mil-Aero, government, and industrial customers is highly valued.

Requirements

BSEE or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of experience as a project manager.
Proven working experience in project management.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with project management software tools.
Self-motivated team player able to work in a customer-oriented, fast-paced, demanding environment with minimal supervision.
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Leadership qualities including integrity, attention to detail, goal orientation, and motivation to improve.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Mil-Aero customers and/or industrial customers.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification.
Understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Assist in defining project scope and objectives with relevant internal stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the execution of multiple projects.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Delegate project tasks according to junior staff members' strengths, skills, and experience.
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, and share plans with clients and staff.
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Manage relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders.
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
Meet with clients to gather detailed ordering briefs and clarify project requirements.
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
