About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Semi Driver to join our Transportation Department. This full-time position involves operating vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership, potentially picking up new equipment from a John Deere factory, and instructing customers on basic equipment operation. The role requires ensuring safe and timely delivery of equipment, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL- A).
• 1+ year of experience pulling a gooseneck, tilt, or utility trailer.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to operate and maneuver large vehicles safely, including large oversized agricultural machines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience as a semi-truck operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership.
• Pick-up new equipment from a John Deere factory.
• Instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of equipment to various locations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
