We are seeking a detail-oriented Seller - Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage outstanding accounts, ensure timely payments, review billing accuracy, and maintain strong relationships with our sellers. This role demands a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail, along with excellent customer service skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional phone and email etiquette.
Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Basic mathematical skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports.
Understand the provisions of seller contracts, including billing and Service Level Agreements, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Manage daily operations of the collection queue, including contacting sellers and collaborating with the sales team to collect payments.
Respond to internal and external inquiries within 24 hours.
Maintain accurate records of communications and payments.
Collaborate with internal representatives to ensure accurate billing and seller satisfaction.
Support the team in improving collection processes and procedures.
