Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About The Position
Public Storage is hiring Property Managers to work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. Managers assess customers’ storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. They inspect storage units daily to confirm inventory and availability, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, help customers stay current with payments, and make reminder and collection calls when required. The role also includes cleaning and daily maintenance tasks to keep interior areas and exterior grounds clean and presentable.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service-centered sales environment, such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or another service-based company.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Use of a personal vehicle to travel between work locations and/or conduct other work-related business.
- Ability to lift, move, or transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to walk around facilities, climb stairs, and open large doors.
