About The Position

JBS USA is hiring a Selection Panel Operator to work directly with production workers and management to support daily production goals. The operator loads and sorts rails, programs rails, and places carcasses according to program indications while following applicable SOPs and GMPs.

The position offers a base pay range of $35,000–$47,000. Medical, dental, and vision coverage begins after 60 days of employment. Paid time off includes sick leave, vacation, and six company-observed holidays. Employees are eligible for the 401(k) plan after their first day; the company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule.

New team members are subject to post-offer drug, alcohol, and background checks before starting employment. Employment eligibility must be documented by the end of the third workday, as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
