About The Position

The specialist works with insureds, brokers, other insurance carriers, and attorneys—often by phone—to obtain accurate information and summarize findings for internal claim teams. The position offers exposure to varied claim types, injuries, damages, and legal scenarios, and is presented as an entry point into insurance, legal services, risk management, or related fields. The position is based primarily in Warren, New Jersey, with additional locations in New York, New York, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The job posting identifies the role as hybrid. The base salary range is $77,000–$105,000 annually; compensation depends on education, experience, qualifications, and work location.
