Network Segmentation Engineer

WTW•New York, NY

About The Position

Serve as a hands-on engineering resource and Illumio subject matter expert, designing and deploying enterprise-scale solutions in Azure using cloud-native constructs rather than agents. Use the Illumio platform for application dependency mapping and traffic-flow analysis to prepare and provision network segmentation policies that secure critical applications. Identify and resolve technical blockers proactively, driving issues to resolution with minimal escalation. Work collaboratively on the internal Illumio deployment team, contributing to design decisions, implementation, and knowledge sharing. Document and define operational processes, procedures, and workflows to support repeatability and alignment with enterprise standards. Provide technical direction, oversight, and guidance across the deployment lifecycle. Maintain flexibility in working hours when needed to support project milestones, global stakeholder engagement, and operational requirements. The engineer collaborates with Application Development, Cloud Engineering, and Security teams to apply controls without obstructing delivery. The position is eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus. Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship or assistance is not offered for this opportunity.
