About The Position

Join the seed packaging team as a Seed Handler. This full-time role involves pulling, packaging, verifying, and sealing seed orders; operating packaging equipment; and helping maintain accurate, well-organized seed inventory. The role also includes retrieving seed from refrigerated storage and the warehouse, replenishing packaging supplies, using SAP and other system tools, and performing quality checks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly.
• Flexibility to work in multiple areas and perform multiple tasks as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Production or assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, package, verify, and seal seed packages.
• Operate packaging and sealing machines.
• Count, put away, and maintain inventory, and assist with physical inventory.
• Retrieve seed from the refrigerated vault and seed warehouse.
• Replenish packaging supplies.
• Use SAP and other system tools for inquiries and to manage materials.
• Perform quality checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
