About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for a concierge post in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while welcoming and assisting visitors in a security setting. Officers manage access control, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and help protect people and property.

The posting lists full-time schedules at the Main Building and Gate. Main Building Shift 1 is Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by Monday and Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Main Building Shift 2 is Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The Gate shift is Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The wage is $17.58 per hour, and DailyPay is available. Uniforms are provided at no cost.

Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Have an active PPSB license.
• Have CPR certification.
• Be over 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have at least one year of security experience.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
