About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Henderson, North Carolina. This customer-service-focused role involves engaging with people across shifts and helping visitors feel reassured and confident. The position is scheduled Saturday through Wednesday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, for 40 hours per week. Pay is $16.50 per hour, with bi-weekly pay periods; DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must hold a North Carolina PPSB Unarmed Security License.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
