About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Henderson, North Carolina. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is Saturday through Wednesday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, for 40 hours per week. Pay is $16.50 per hour, with biweekly pay periods and DailyPay available to GardaWorld employees. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must have an NC PPSB Unarmed Security License and a state license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process, including a post-offer background check and drug screening.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
