We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter to join our fast-paced Personnel Security Office and help ensure L3H maintains full compliance with all customer Personnel Security (PERSEC) requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment and demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision. In this role, the selected candidate will facilitate program briefings and proactively identify individuals requiring debriefing, coordinating closely with the sponsor's COTR and Business Unit leads. Additional responsibilities include processing personnel security applications, determining reciprocity for existing investigations, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date security databases as authoritative systems of record. The candidate will also be expected to interface professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the customer and business organization, handling sensitive inquiries with discretion and professionalism. Beyond core security functions, the ideal candidate will play an active role in mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members, while also preparing correspondence, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Office and Tableau. The selected individual will further support both routine and non-routine administrative tasks associated with project and program efforts. Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and prior experience in personnel security or a related field are highly desired.
