About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee security services at a client facility in Burleson, Texas. The supervisor oversees day-to-day security operations, supports staffing and administrative processes, and serves as a liaison among GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff. The role requires observing the environment, anticipating risks, responding to threats and incidents, and helping protect people and property. Full-time openings are available across multiple shifts; shift options are discussed during the interview process. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license; no Restriction B is required.
Have previous supervisory experience.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Hold a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification is an asset.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is advantageous.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure GardaWorld’s core values are integrated into business practices.
Supervise day-to-day security services at the facility and ensure service meets a high standard.
Assist with developing and implementing staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
Maintain effective relationships with the client and employees, and serve as liaison among GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff.
React quickly to threats or incidents.
Check that alarms and cameras function properly.
Document incidents and actions taken.
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
