About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor for assignments at a warehouse facility in White Settlement, Texas. The supervisor oversees the day-to-day security service and helps ensure it meets a high standard. The role involves coordinating with the client and assigned staff, responding to alarms and incidents, checking security equipment, documenting actions, and protecting people and property. Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available; specific shifts and schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license; no restriction B is required.
Have previous supervisor experience.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience.
Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into business practices.
Supervise day-to-day security services at the facility and ensure they meet a high standard.
Assist with developing and implementing staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with the client and employees, serving as a liaison among GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff.
React quickly to threats or incidents.
Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
Document incidents and actions taken.
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
