About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor for a warehouse assignment in Burleson, Texas. The supervisor oversees day-to-day security services at the facility, supports staffing and administrative operations, and serves as a liaison among GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff. The role involves monitoring security systems, responding to alarms and incidents, documenting actions, and helping protect people and property. The position is full-time; multiple shifts and openings will be discussed during the interview process. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States.
At least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license; no Restriction B.
Previous supervisory experience.
Able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Able to pass an extensive screening process.
Able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification is an asset.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is beneficial.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure GardaWorld Security core values are integrated throughout business practices.
Supervise day-to-day security services at the facility and ensure service meets a high standard.
Assist with developing and implementing staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with the client and employees, and act as a liaison among GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff.
React quickly to threats or incidents.
Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
Document incidents and actions taken.
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
