About The Position

As a Security Supervisor in an Educational Facility, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Hold a valid WSIB approved First Aid and CPR certification
• Excellent leadership skills
• 1-3 years of Tactical Supervisory experience in security and team management
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
• Completion of recognized basic self-defence training program, Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrest.
• Will have proven attitude and performance attributes indicative of a community policing environment.
• Be a self-starter with strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties
