About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a surveillance security professional for a site in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The role involves monitoring security systems and screens to identify suspicious activity and potential threats, documenting incidents, responding to security concerns, conducting patrols, controlling access, and protecting people and property. Previous security supervisory experience is required. The schedule is Saturday through Wednesday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and the hourly wage is $27. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in security.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities
