About The Position

Andy Frain Services is hiring a Security Supervisor to lead its on-site team at Ross Park Mall. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily security operations and staff performance while helping maintain a safe, customer-friendly environment. The position suits someone who can manage people and security operations in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

Previous security supervisor or leadership experience is required.
Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures.
Ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
Comfort handling emergency situations and making decisions under pressure.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Must meet all state and local security licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CCTV, alarm systems, and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and support Security Officers to ensure strong performance.
Enforce post orders, safety procedures, and company policies.
Conduct patrols and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
Maintain daily activity reports, logs, and incident documentation.
Coordinate with local police, fire departments, and mall management.
Ensure proper operation of CCTV, fire panels, radios, and access control systems.
Train and onboard new team members.
Assist with scheduling, payroll submission, and shift coverage.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards.
Deliver customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff.
