General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. Without appreciable supervision, This position is responsible for administering security programs and procedures for classified and/or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment for our Beavercreek Ohio area. The CPSO/CSSO/FSO will Initiate plans, projects, and develop a schedule to meet project goals. The CPSO/CSS/FSO will respond to a variety of inquiries of complex and diverse problems using a comprehensive knowledge of the U.S. Government Industrial Security Programs (NISPOM 32 CFR Part 117, DOD 5205.07 series, DOD 5200.01 series, ICD series) and a complete and thorough understanding of established policies, procedures, and practices for safeguarding National Security Information. Exercises considerable judgment to develop solutions while providing leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, managers, and contractors on appropriate action(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security program. This position performs Security responsibilities regarding Special Access Programs (SAPs), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and National Industrial Security Program (NISP) including day-to-day coordination of program security disciplines with Program Management.
