Requirements

  • A minimum of three (3) years of security-related experience is required
  • Bachelor's Degree/High School Diploma Substitutions: Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for the BS degree
  • Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Interpreting, and providing guidance to program personnel on security policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Establishing, documenting and implementing program security procedures/ standard operating procedures.
  • Maintaining and managing all classified holdings, conduct reviews/inventory, organize material.
  • Reviewing, developing and tracking DD Form 254 forms.
  • Ensuring compliance with Operations Security (OPSEC) plan and implement OPSEC measures.
  • Providing Security Classification Guide (SCG) recommendations and compliance.
  • Providing organization Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) security support.
  • Managing and participating in the threat and vulnerability analysis/assessments, critical program information (CPI) assessments, SCG developments.
  • Advising and representing the organization on matters related to the classification, downgrading, de-classification, and safeguarding of national security information.
  • Performing key custodian duties IAW the programs key control plan.
  • Participating with security assistance for test events involving program systems.
