About The Position

The Security Site Supervisor observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned gated-community client site, helping protect client property and personnel. The role includes making periodic tours to check for irregularities, preserving order, and enforcing site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and premises. The work requires standing for the majority of the workday.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Class D Florida Security Guard License.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must understand English and Spanish and communicate effectively in both languages verbally and in writing.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.

Nice To Haves

• A 5–7-year U.S. work history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Report irregularities and inform violators of policies and procedures.
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Perform tasks assigned by a supervisor or manager.
