About The Position

Marksman Security is hiring Licensed Security Site Account Managers to provide security services for commercial buildings with facilities ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 square feet in the Boone, Des Moines, Ames, Ankeny, and Johnston areas. The role pays $26.00 per hour. The Security Site Account Manager oversees security personnel and ensures the site is properly staffed and that officers are trained and motivated. The Manager works closely with the client contact to achieve goals and objectives established by Marksman - Titan Security and the post location. The position calls for a proactive, customer-focused leader who can maintain secure environments and build strong client relationships. Scheduling and payroll knowledge is required, and E-Hub, TracTik, and WinTeam are identified as support systems.

Requirements

At least two years of previous security supervision or leadership experience.
Iowa Security License.
Iowa Driver’s License.
Flexible and on-call schedule availability.
Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug testing.
Scheduling and payroll knowledge.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
