About The Position
Marksman Security is hiring a Licensed Security Site Supervisor for a warehouse location in Lathrop, California. The supervisor is the primary on-site security leader, responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of personnel, property, and operations in a warehouse environment. The position combines security management with oversight of warehouse operations and works closely with warehouse management to integrate security measures into daily operations. The role leads a team of 8–10 security professionals, coordinates staff, enforces safety protocols, and helps prevent unauthorized access. It requires the ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and communicate clearly. Team scheduling and payroll are required. The listed hourly range is $24.00 per hour.
Requirements
- California Security License.
- California Driver’s License.
- Background in security, industrial operations, or logistics.
- At least two years of experience in a security supervisory capacity.
- Prior experience using E-Hub, Track-Tik, and Winn-Team.
- Experience with team scheduling and payroll.
- Ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and communicate clearly.
- Ability to crouch, climb stairs, kneel, sit, stand, stoop, and walk for extended periods.

- Knowledge of Track-Tik.
