Security Site Manager New Albany
About The Position
Marksman Security is hiring a Security Site Account Manager to oversee security operations at a 14-acre campus with a 206,000-square-foot facility in New Albany. The manager will ensure the site is properly staffed and that officers are trained and motivated. This role works closely with the client contact to achieve goals and objectives established by Marksman–Titan Security and the post location. The position requires a proactive, customer-focused leader who can maintain a secure environment, build strong client relationships, and lead security personnel. Compensation is $25.00 per hour.
Requirements
- At least two years of security supervision or leadership experience in a security setting.
- Ohio security license.
- Ohio driver’s license.
- Availability for a flexible, on-call schedule.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Data center background preferred.
- Knowledge of E-Hub, TrackTik, and Win-Team.
