About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for a tactical security role in Kansas City, Missouri. The position involves patrolling sensitive areas, monitoring for suspicious activity, controlling access to secure locations, responding to alarms and incidents, and helping protect people and property. The schedule is full-time, Wednesday through Sunday, from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The hourly wage is $19.51. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and the position offers career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Hold a state license if required.
• Complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• Respond quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
