About The Position

Marksman Security is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to manage daily security operations and support high-quality service delivery. The supervisor serves as the primary liaison between the client and security personnel, supports shift staff and site operations, and helps maintain a strong safety culture. The role is available full-time on either a first shift, Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–1:30 PM, or a second shift, Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–9:30 PM. Pay is $24 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of supervisor experience.
• At least 1–2 years of proven security experience via TOPS history.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent customer service experience.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Previous metal detection experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, or climb stairs for extended periods.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
