About The Position

Securitas is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to support a professional corporate environment in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. This part-time role combines hands-on security responsibilities with on-shift leadership during an overnight shift. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 AM–8:00 AM, for 16 hours per week, at $20.21 per hour. The supervisor provides leadership and support to Security Officers, helps ensure security procedures are followed, and maintains a visible, professional presence. The role includes monitoring facility access, conducting patrols, assisting people at the site, responding to security events, and completing and reviewing reports. Securitas provides training and offers opportunities to develop security and leadership experience.

Previous security, supervisory, or leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide on-shift leadership and support to Security Officers.
Help ensure post orders, site procedures, and security protocols are followed.
Monitor and control access to the facility.
Conduct scheduled interior and exterior security patrols.
Assist employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors as needed.
Respond appropriately to alarms, incidents, and security concerns.
Complete and review accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Communicate important incidents, concerns, and shift information to site leadership.
Maintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the shift.
