About The Position

Sunstates Security is currently hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Security Shift Leads in the Brentwood, TN area. Various days and shifts are available! This position offers a pay rate of $23.00/hr - with weekly pay. A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Requirements

TN Security License preferred but not required.
Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
1+ years is supervisory role.
2+ years of customer service experience.
Must be adept with driving patrols.
Must be available to work on weekends.
Exceptional customer service skills and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Must be computer literate and have basic computer skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
Must be reliable and dependable.

Nice To Haves

TN Security License preferred but not required.
Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead by example.
Ensure the security of the area.
Ensuring rules and regulations are followed, following proper reporting procedures.
Report writing (daily activity, incident, maintenance items, etc.).
Greet/vet all incoming traffic.
Access control/gate keeper.
Monitor CCTV cameras and equipment, patrolling, etcetera.
Other duties as assigned by management.
