This role focuses on operational excellence, team development, financial performance, and customer satisfaction, and may oversee service operations. Plan, schedule, supervise, and control installation and service projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time completion Coordinate equipment procurement and materials availability for all installations Lead, develop, and build team capabilities to drive successful job performance and long-term growth Monitor system performance to minimize malfunctions and maximize operational effectiveness Evaluate service and installation operations for cost savings, margin improvement, and product enhancements Maintain working knowledge of industry codes, standards, and emerging technologies Keep associates and customers informed of industry changes and system advancements Right-size the workforce to effectively support subscriber-related workloads Maintain profitability, including outright sales margins and advanced service charge recovery Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements How You Will Do It Analyze and interpret financial reports including P&Ls, General Ledger, Job Profitability, and Open Job Detail reports Prepare and present progress reports, expense reports, forecasts, and operational updates Partner cross-functionally within a matrix organization to support business objectives Develop budgets and forecasts aligned with operational needs and revenue targets Drive accountability through performance metrics, coaching, and continuous improvement What We Look For Required Qualifications 2+ years of management or leadership experience 3–5 years of hands-on experience in installation, inspection, repair, or construction of integrated security systems or comparable services Strong financial acumen with the ability to budget, forecast, and manage costs Proven relationship-building skills and ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization Demonstrated commitment to integrity, quality, and ethical business practices Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to influence outcomes at multiple levels within the organization and market Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or completion of a 2-year electronic trade school program (or equivalent experience) Experience leading and managing a technical service or installation workforce 3–5 years of electrical and electronic equipment installation experience with solid mechanical aptitude HIRING SALARY RANGE: $78,000 to $134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Requirements
